What are your candles made from?

Our candles are made from a clean-burning blend of soy and coconut wax - sustainably sourced, vegan, and cruelty-free. We use premium fragrance oils that are of the purest quality and free from harmful substances.

Are your candles safe for pets and children?

Yes! Our candles are free from harmful petroleum by-products like paraffin wax making them a safer option for homes with pets and little ones. Still, always burn candles responsibly and out of reach.

Are your candles really handmade?

Absolutely. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches right here in the Silvermine Mountains in Ireland - no mass production, just mindful craftsmanship.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your exact location and order size. We’re working on offering free shipping over a certain amount – stay tuned!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but domestic orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days.

Are your candles and packaging eco-friendly?

We’re proud to use recyclable, low-waste packaging and materials that are kinder to the planet. Our entire process is built with sustainability in mind.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a candle if I change my mind?

We want you to love your candle. If there’s an issue with your order or you’ve changed your mind, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

My candle arrived damaged – what should I do?

Oh no! Email us with a photo and your order number as soon as possible and we’ll get a replacement sent out or issue a refund.

Care & Burning Tips

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, and let the candle melt across the full surface the first time you light it. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Why does my candle tunnel or burn unevenly?

Tunnelling happens when you don’t let the wax pool fully on the first burn. Follow the care tips above and you’ll get an even, long-lasting burn.
